Is a certification worth it?

A certification doesn't change your scope of practice; your license does that. What it does is show clients, employers and referral sources that you have trained in a specific approach. For many clinicians the bigger win is the structure: a complete course instead of scattered workshops, and the CE hours count toward your renewal either way.
